The Best-Client Protocol
I work with you to identify your best-fit patients, the situations that led them to seek care, and why they chose your practice. We use their own words to sharpen your positioning, offer and copy.
For Virtual Pelvic Floor PTs Who Already Run Ads And Invest In Coaching
The Best-Client Protocol turns the buying language of your best-fit patients into clearer positioning and ad creative. I guide the strategy and copy, my team builds your funnel, and you record your content and run your ads with my guidance.

No, I do not treat paying clients yet.Why more leads can still mean more work
If you already run ads and have paying patients, a busier calendar is not always the answer. You need a message that helps the right people understand why your care is worth paying for.
Meta uses ad content alongside audience and engagement signals to personalize delivery. A generic pain-point message can attract broad interest without explaining who your care is for or why someone would choose your practice.
When your ad could belong to any practice, your clinical expertise and the value of your program are easy to overlook. Your best patients have specific reasons for choosing you.
You can end up using consultations to explain your value and answer price objections. Start that conversation in your ads and funnel, before someone applies.
The two gears of the system
The research shapes the message. The message then carries through your ad creative and custom funnel, so your practice tells one clear story.
Gear 1 · The input
I work with you to identify your best-fit patients, the situations that led them to seek care, and why they chose your practice. We use their own words to sharpen your positioning, offer and copy.
Gear 2 · The output
We turn those patient insights into specific ad messages, scripts and creative concepts. You record the content and run the ads with my guidance. My team builds the custom funnel that continues that same message.
Done for you: the custom funnel build. Done together: positioning, strategy and copy. You stay in control of your content and campaigns.
The positioning work in practice
Jules is a virtual pelvic floor physical therapist. Her story shows the shift from broad messaging to a clearer picture of the patients she wanted to work with.
1 · The plateau
She had already invested in coaching, built systems, and run Meta ads. Yet she stayed at the same revenue level while attracting leads who could not afford her care.
2 · The positioning work
We refined her avatar and positioning around the patients she wanted to serve. She continued creating her own content and running her campaigns with guidance.
3 · Her reported result
In her third month working with me, Jules reported $35,400 contracted, not all collected. Her July total cash collected was $26,500, including $18,900 collected from ads, with $4,532 in ad spend.
These are Jules's individual reported results, not a revenue promise. Contracted revenue and cash collected are different measures. Her original June video and July messages are below; results vary.
Dr. Jules Case Study
Before working with me, Dr. Jules had already invested in coaching, built systems, and run ads. Yet she stayed at $12,000 to $13,000 a month for six months while attracting clients who could not afford her. In this June recording, she reports $20,000 contracted in her business.
“We've contracted $20K for the month, which is beyond my expectations.”

Statements and depictions are the opinions, findings, or experiences of individuals who have generally purchased education and training. Results vary, are not typical, and rely on individual effort, time, and skill, as well as unknown conditions and other factors. We do not measure earnings or financial performance. Instead, we track completed transactions and satisfaction of services by voluntary surveys. You should not, however, equate reported sales transactions with financially successful transactions. Further, many customers do not continue with the program, do not apply what they learn, or attempt to apply what they learn but nonetheless experience difficulty in making sales successful for them.
